I see your point. However, as did The Mage , hiters generally lower volume and frequency as they progress. Just read the HIT FAQ on cyberpump. This is done because as you get stronger, lifting becomes more stressfull for your recovery system. You are stronger, so you damage it more while training. Hence, the decrease of volume and frequency to avoid overtrainning.

I always though that overtraining the CNS was pure bullshit, a bogus argument against HIT. I’m ready to reconsider. Where dif you get that from?
