I think you are partly correct. But, in this case there are cold hard irrefutable facts which clearly lead to a given conclusion which forlife cannot deny. And by the way he has not tried. His appeal has been “my friends are healthy and happy therefore homosexuality is safe and should be accepted by the state.” I say that’s a weak argument. What do you say?
