Great job. I’m doing a cut right now. Well, mostly trying to get this fast ass gut off. I’m still aiming for 405lbs 3 sets of 5 before years end.
Cut isn’t working (really hasn’t started yet) out quite the way I planned.
I’m super stoked to squat 315lbs 5 times with NO mantaray.
I’ll be doing my first powerlifting meet July 28th. Super excited for that.
335lbs for 2 sets of 5 without the MantaRay. Didn’t video as I usually film my last set and I wasn’t able to do my last set. I’ll be doing 335lbs again tomorrow and I’ll be sure to video it.
