I just finished a mild 10 week cycle of sustanon. (250mg E3D) a little over 500mg per week. I have been running Adex at .25 eod throughout the cycle and everything went just perfect. I just want to make sure my pct is right on. I finished my last shot on Sat. the 7th.
According to the newbie cycle planning thread I should continue running the adex at .25 eod until the 21st. 21st being my last .25 oral.
My question is: Do I start the Nolva on the 22nd at 40mg or wait until the 28th which would be 3 weeks since my last shot. If I waited until the 28th, that would mean a week of taking neither adex nor Nolva. Considering I was only running a small dose of 500mg, it may not really matter to much. I just want to make sure the timing is correct on the pct. Thanks.

I am assuming the decanoate has the longest active half Life, so that would put me at or closer to 3 weeks after my last injection before I start the Nolva. Should I run the adex for 3 weeks after my last injection also?

Come on man do a google search on what you are putting in your body. Do you know which esters are present in sustanon?
Unless you aren’t using actual sustanon. Is this just a test blend from a ugl? If that is the case don’t call it sustanon.
