ANOTHER LOG: Maybe I'll Finish?

So I guess I’m starting one of these again. I usually start, last a week or so, and stop. Gotta stop.

Either way, currently deloading (extended) because I’m fucked up. Hip flexor tendonopathy, shoulder issues, neck issues; whatever, so I overtrain a little?

Currently 5’10 at 224.4lb, not sure of body fat.

Gonna be logging this recomp, and my eventual PRs. Stay posted.

Gonna pretend to train back (vertical) and biceps later today. Sitting here procrastinating writing a speech I have to give in ~40 minutes.

Started using Instagram and I just feel like a douche, but I guess it’s a good place to keep these kinds of pics and not look like a prick on Facebook?

Fuck it I’ll start when I actually start training again.
