Back, Day 3

Deadlifts- 160kg x 2, 172.5kg x 2, 185kg x 2, 195kg x 2 Pr :slight_smile:
Pull ups- 5kg x 50
Seated row- 80kg x 8

Wasn’t feeling confident warming up for deadlifts but the set with 195kg went up without a problem, 200kg will be in the bag very soon!

Chest, Day 3

Bench- 115kg x 2, 125kg x 2, 135kg x 2, 140kg x 2 Pr really happy with this!
Incline Db press- 50kg x 7
Ab wheel- A load

Man kick ass DLing and benching!!!

Back, Day 4

Deadlift- 160kg x 5, 175kg x 4, 190kg x 3 (didnt use chalk today which definitely makes it harder but still felt alright)
Pull ups- 5kg x 50
Seated Rows- 80kg x 9

Chest, Day 4

Was still aching badly from working tris earlier in the week so didn’t feel great for this workout.

Bench- 115kg x 5, 127.5kg x 4, 137.5kg x 2
Close grip- 60kg x 36

Left it at that as I didn’t feel great.

You lift some serious amount of weights lately man, keep it up :slight_smile:
