Sounds like he fancys you. Pretend he doesnt exist and if you do have to interact be nice even if he isnt, this should confuse him even more to the point where he avoids contact.
If hes actually straight and got a woman, piihb and take pictures.

Take a massive dump in his desk. Make a little flag with a typed (don’t want to get caught) note saying “Next time remember, the only difference between as ass kisser and a shit head is a matter of depth perception!”. Sign your boss’s name.

Accuse him of sexual harassment. Refer to the bumping as just one of the offenses. When people are interviewed and depositions are taken, people who say they didn’t really see anything will just look like they don’t want to rock the boat or jeopardize their own jobs. Make sure to use the phrase “corporate culture of fear” every two or three sentences.
That company is yours for the taking. You will show them.
