Good job, Anna. Now to let it remain as a healthy part of your growth (physical, emotional) and keep moving forward.

Anna, I’m trying to remember a girls name who did CrossFit and I figured you’d know.
She had black hair, gauges, and tattoos. She was super popular probably a year or so ago and I think she quit competing and maybe started doing something else… she was one of the more famous Instagram ones.
I have no idea- I honestly don’t really follow CrossFit nor do I have an Instagram
Looks like progress to me. Very nice

I just finished what had to have been one of the crappiest workouts I’ve ever had.
Big picture. Youre heavier, leaner and stronger ![]()
I don’t really feel like my deadlift is really progressing- 110kg for a double last week felt pretty maximal and I struggled with 95kg for 5 today
-it’s pretty demoralizing since I’m aiming for 140 (300lbs) in less than 3 months
Well, if you are planning on pulling 140, are you planning to do it at a bodyweight of 41? Because that sounds like a difficult path. Admirable, but difficult.
If @Pinkylifting can pull 4x, I can do 3.5 ![]()
Good mindset.
My recommendation, backed by BW multiple statistics, would still be to continue to add lean mass. Best BW multiple lifts all happen at ~50kg. Keep adding quality mass and you’ll be lifting stupid multiples.
