Anna's Training Log Part 2 (Part 1)

Hi, Anna! What does this mean- you carry one kettlebell 28kg in one arm or two kettlebells (56kg) in both arms? What these 20 min means- it’s impossible to hold such weight for 20 min in a row.
How the f*** you can carry 2/3 ot your bodyweight - imagine someone 80 kg man to carry 60 kg in a hand- I personally don’t know anybody like this :).

Week 1: Day 1

Squat: 1x10-40,50, 1x8,7,6,5,5,4-60kg w/1min rests, 4x4-55kg w/3sec pause
Bench: 1x12-30, 1x10-35, 4x6-40, 4x2-50

  • squats pretty intense but a LOT easier than expected, felt amazing- hip shift pretty bad though, bench felt strong but mentally hard

Week 1: Day 2 (Yesterday’s training)

4x[2 min-(20 alt pistols w/5kg DB+max battleropes in rest of time)+1min rest]
4x[1min-(5 pushpress-20kg+10 pushups+max high knees in rest of min)+30sec rest)
Pistols: work up to 1 rep w/24kg/leg
Technique: HS hold

  • felt good and quick, intervals pretty intense, really happy w/ pistols- a lot easier than expected

Gym’s closed and feeling like crap so taking the day off…

Yesterday’s Training:

Week 1: Day 3

Deadlift: 1x5-60, 2x6-70, 1x4-80, 1x6-90, 2x4-100, 4x4-80
Bench Press: 2x10-30, 2x10-35, 3x8-40, 3x6-45, 1x2-50

  • everything felt AMAZING, deadlifts a LOT easier than expected but still getting used to grip so struggled a bit with lockout on the last rep of the 100kg. Bench felt strong, but got annoying, tried lunges but definitely did NOT happen :rofl:

I’ve seen u around the forum. badass lifting. Is bench or deadlift your better one?

Your use of both freedom units and kg is confusing me.

Gym uses kg plates, but 300lbs sounds better- I like round numbers

That’s pretty close to three cookies then ~140kg. Go big lol

Kickboxing class

  • really intense but felt really good and quick

How far off do you reckon you are now?

I think I’m at least back to 120 kg based on my performance yesterday. Fingers crossed!

20kg in 4 months? Doable I guess. It will be hard work though.

Edit: 15kg even, I forgot you’re “only” aiming for 300lbs
