Anna's Training Log Part 2 (Part 1)

Week 3: Day 1

Back Squat: 1x10-40kg, 1x8-50kg, 6x6-60kg, 6x3-65kg
Bench Press: 1x10-30kg, 1x8- 35kg, 1x6-40kg, 3x5-45kg

  • felt really good- I think I’m finally getting the hang of the volume. The last sets of squats were definitely a mental grind, legs dead. Bench felt good and strong- definitely slacked a bit no pace

I’m up a bit ( probably unemptied bowels) but I woke up looking amazing- I guess I’m doing something right

Legs feel dead but somehow still have the strength to do the job, Weird feeling isnt it? I still get that, especially on deadlift day, you think about the last set of 5 and think surely I dont have anything left for that. But you get down and the weight moves.

Bigger + leaner is living the dream.

Yes! Squatting the weights felt easier than having it on my back

compared to long bouts of cardio or high rep squats (the same thing really) everything is easy

You look great. Upping your calories is a good decision. You’ll only gain muscle. The arms, awesome, love the vascularity!

Thanks!

LOL That is 100% genetic. If it’s hot enough, I can have “ab veins” even though my 6 pack is barely visible

It’s not genetic. You have worked hard and it shows. The delts are nice too! Good work! I’d encourage you to bump your calories and get jacked.

You look great, but I think it’s the same like before. May it’s only water retention and glycogen. You must to eat at least 4000 adidtional calories to gain 1 kg pure muscle. Did you?

I definitely didn’t gain 1kg of muscle. It’s probably because I didn’t poop this morning

Why there’s no other reaction exept “like”. One  would be more proper. What the hell I just found?

Isn’t that always the case?

  • legs dead going in but mentally excited, pretty intense, felt really good and quick, excited to deadlift tomorrow!
  • really worked upper back

I thought you were planning to cut all this stuff out?

I’m cutting conditioning on lifting days

It’s also a way for me to get accessory work in

It’s a start.
