felt really good- I think I’m finally getting the hang of the volume. The last sets of squats were definitely a mental grind, legs dead. Bench felt good and strong- definitely slacked a bit no pace
Legs feel dead but somehow still have the strength to do the job, Weird feeling isnt it? I still get that, especially on deadlift day, you think about the last set of 5 and think surely I dont have anything left for that. But you get down and the weight moves.
You look great, but I think it’s the same like before. May it’s only water retention and glycogen. You must to eat at least 4000 adidtional calories to gain 1 kg pure muscle. Did you?
