My tendonitis is in my forearm. Not sure Squat U is down with that

Pistols: 4x(3-45lbs+6jump squats-25lbs)- rest as needed
Sprints: 3x(5hump squats-25lbs+60m sprint), 2x(5m lateral shuffle/side+20m lateral shuffle/side+30m sprint)
Rdls: 2x(5-45lbs+15-25lbs)

Have you ever tried Nordic Ham Curls?
Might be a good heavy exercise for you to try out. I think you’d have fun trying to progress to full reps. And it should have strength carryovers to your deadlifts.

Will be much more difficult than pistols so try them after being warmed up but not tired.
And make sure the anchor you’re using for your feet is strong.
These things can piss off your knee caps, but then they can also make your knees feel bulletproof. Now I feel the need to do them.

I train in the garage and the best I’ve got is a doormat
I did these off of a GHD the first time I did them and ended up smacking my face on the leg because I didn’t have the coordination to grab it with my hands. Didn’t realize GHR’s were done with the pad on the lower quad instead of the kneecap.

It is probably already somewhere in the 400 million posts above, but you should do Bulgarians or some other form of split squat instead of those pistols. Those things are a knee injury waiting to happen.
