Fuck that. Stop making excuses and do what you have to. Keep a lunch pale in your locker (I assume you’re still in HS) with an ice pack. In between classes mow down some chicken, jerky, whatever the fuck you can stuff in there.

Stop telling us WHY you can’t eat more and just eat more.

Casein Protein Shakes/ Cottage Cheese is your best friend in HS.

That is almost exactly what I did. I always packed 2-3 lunches. One for actual lunch and the rest was to eat in between classes and after school before I lifted.

x2 - instead of spending money on the Animal M-Stak, buy some protein powder and a couple shaker cups, and with your 3 snacks down a shake (maybe start with around 25 grams protein/shake and work up from there). Do this for a couple weeks and see what happens.
