Androgen Receptor Sensitizer/Amplifier?

Hi everyone!

As stated in a previous post, my total T and free T levels are not incredibly high, but still should be enough for decent gains and overall good mood.

Here they are :

FSH : 3.0 UI/L (1.5-14)
LH : 2.7 UI/L (1.2-10)
Total Test : 830 ng/dL (160-900)
Free Test : 52 pmol/L (31-94)
Estradiol : 32pg/mL (11-44)
Cortisol (8am) : 17.5 µg/dL (7-25)

However, I generally feel the symptoms people with T in the 300 range usually report : foggy brain, no motivation, poor sleep, average libido.

Could it be that however my levels are “in check”, I lack receptors for my T to do its job?

Is there a solution, natural or not, to up-regulate / multiplicate / sensitize my T receptors so that I can fully benefit from my levels, whichever they are?

Those results seem to indicate that your problems are not from low T. Look for another cause.

Your problems stem from your brain not your hormones imo. Stop over thinking everything. :wink:

Fatigue, no motivation, poor sleep, and foggy brain are probably something unrelated to testosterone. Honestly all your symptoms are probably linked to poor sleep.

However look into these ingredients for androgen and other hormone receptors:

l-carnitine-l-tartrate
arachidonic acid
ursolic acid

For sleep look into doing this:

-melatonin 3mg to develop a habit of going to sleep at the same time every night.
-when you wake up get up…don’t lie in bed for a while.
-black out your windows to get rid of all light in your room.

Don’t be a pussy. Motivate yourself. Right now you’re dying. You are one day closer to death. Live life and do epic shit.
