Honestly, i think standoffs are acceptable outcomes. The goal isnt to eliminate police violence, the goal is to do everything possible to reduce itā¦ even if that means cops literally running around a car for 10 minutes from a knife wielding PCP smoking granny. āwhat ifā shouldnt be a reason to kill someone (you shoot to kill). A cop blocking the path of a car who tries to drive around is not trying to kill the cop and shouldnt be shot.
