Whoops
Lol, sorry, my bad. Should have been more clear.
Not a single rioting / looting / violent cretin was harmed that night. No shit. Thatās a testament to our level of restraint and discipline.
The SAS go through some pretty extensive psychological testing, above and beyond that required for a cop or regular ADF. As weāve seen from the current war crimes revelations, itās pretty easy to slip through if youāre motivated enough.
Interesting, this is disconcerting. I suppose psychopathic subtypes may disproportionately gravitate towards roles wherein they hold extensive power over others and/or have the means to excise force of which has the potential to inflict harm. Law enforcement, the millitary, corporate roles etc satisfy this demand.
As a matter of fact, I believe Kevin Dutton has stated Law Enforcment is a profession of which harbours a disproportionately high rate of psychopathic individuals. Iām guessing a psychopath who knows the system from the inside out, through research/general knowledge may be able to manipulate his way through the vetting process. For the uninformed individual I think itād be relatively difficult to pass a thorough psychiatric evaluation if they were unstable, unhinged or sadistic.
Iām not sure as to whether all those committing war crimes within the SAS are psychopaths or mentally unstable. There was supposedly a large āwarriorā mentality amongst the squadrons within the SAS. Herd/mob mentality can influence otherwise law abiding, grounded citizens to commit heinous crimes.
Itās very possible for desensitisation to violence and disassociation from societal norms to develop within a militaristic environment based in some war-torn, third world country. By no means am I excusing the soldiers for the crimes committed, but itās plausible not all were mentally ill.
That does seem to be the case. Itās a difficult question, because in the military and in law enforcement you need the ability to use violence and take charge of a situation - you canāt just hire meek pacifists even if they pass the psychological eval perfectly. The difficulty is in how much violence needs to be applied in a given situation.
Iāll also add that extreme stress can break anyone. You can be a normal dude, but seeing your partner/squadmates - people youāve formed a strong emotional bond with - injured or killed can cause you to snap. There are many historical examples of regular people turning to beasts in extreme situations. So a psychological eval is useful for weeding out the complete psychos/losers, but at the end of the day you wonāt truly know someone unless theyāre in that highly stressful situation.
Did you know ācretinā actually refers to an individual who is deformed due to untreated congenital hypothyroidism.
Also, if the police arenāt under any circumstance excising undue force at these riots⦠why do videos like this keep popping up
I can also find videos of protestors inciting violence towards police, but these videos are far more jarring
Pepper spraying crowd for seemingly no reason (perhaps you can correct me on this)

Some dude getting beaten up, though it does appear as if he attempts to punch the officers arm.
People getting shot at for⦠sitting on their porch?

Protest seemingly turns violent following police altercation
Iād like an explanation, Iām sure this isnāt the norm. But there are an AWFUL lot of these videos that surfaced during these riots. Do you mean to tell me these videos arenāt representative of the full story, that theyāve potentially been manipulated and/or taken out of context in order to push a certain narrative?
Could be a black swan?
Whatās this? The movie?
Thereās a decent sex scene in that film

With respect, you donāt know a lot about US police policy - it varies as your own does across states and cities. And itās very likely that any footage you saw was from a different riot and/or different state.
Yes, but youāve just never been in a high stress situation. Shit can happen no matter what psych evals are done ahead of time.
This is what I was getting at. Evaluations donāt and canāt account for this kind of stress.
Highly disciplined people are important.
Consider very strongly for a moment that:
A) the videos in question are likely not anywhere close to where Marine77 was - and therefore not his city/state regs - and also not his co-workers.
B) Instagram videos are short, mostly edited, and DO NOT show anything leading up to or following the instances. This is what body cams are for. In any case people filming Instagram videos donāt usually turn on the camera until after everything starts going down so youāre missing a very large piece of the puzzle.
Without disrespect, Iād like to state if such policy is considered acceptable conduct within varying states/cities, I can understand the protest/need for reform. Rioting/looting though⦠I canāt wrap my head around that.
Iām referring to his blanket disdain towards those involved within the protests/BLM movement and claims on police brutality, or apparent lack thereof.
Perhaps my naievity is getting in the way here
Should be noted Iām aware police policy differs between states and territories.
You know how many riots and protests weāve had since Ferguson ? Thousands.
Find any post where I ever claimed undue force is never used and Iāll send my entire collection of metal records.
Better yet send me your email address and ill show you a video of downtown St Louis (Americaās most violent city and where Iāve worked for nearly 13 years) that couldāve been Mogadishu. Yet ZERO āprotestersā were harmed.
Youāve never claimed this, though I do recall youāve stated the reports are sensationalised/an over representation
That being said⦠One can manipulate posts on here
Send me the metal!!! (This isnāt actually you). My email address is in my bio, you donāt have to send me any footage though, I believe you.
Iām open to the theory many of these reports have been sensationalised or taken out of context
There are, depending on how itās measured, 600,000 to 800,000 LEOs in the US. You can have 1,000 videos and it will represent a tiny fraction of the number of cops and daily interactions between cops and civilians. I would bet that more people die each year because of medical doctor screw ups than because of unjustified police killings. Where are the protests against doctors?
Say their names: the list of questionable (Iām being generous here) police shootings of blacks is so short, especially relative to the number of blacks murdered by other blacks, that Trayvon Martin gets put on the list even though he wasnāt shot by a cop. In fact, it was Trayvon Martinās death that started the BLM movement and not police shootings. Ahmad Arboury also gets added to the list even though he wasnāt shot by police.
Hunting us down: Really? In every case Iāve heard of, the cops were called. Not one time has a BLM stooge said that a cop just randomly stopped and decided to shoot a black man. Yet, they are āhunting us down.ā George Floyd was a violent felon piece of trash who had the police called on him. Jacob Blake is a violent felon. The guys shot in the Wendyās parking lot was a violent felon. Notice a trend here?
Riots/protests: Thousands of people behaving like idiots. Looting, arson, vandalism, assaulting police. Assaulting each other. How many protesters were killed by police? How many protesters killed opposing protesters or innocent bystanders? I think the protesters have shown themselves to be more prone to violence, including deadly violence, than the cops who are there to try and keep things from getting completely out of hand.
Its an eye opening video. Let me know if you want to see it. Its on a FB page.
There are other professions on that list like lawyers, surgeons, journalists and people in media.
Medical error kills over 200,000 a year in controlled environments void of violent crime. The true psychopaths
wouldnāt you agree with this evaluation? I would
