My childhood is completely ruined. Chuck D is a sell out.
SIde note: I love the “fight the power” hash tag some nitwit posted, because signing up for government mandated insurance is sure fighting the power.

LOL ^
Don’t know how you can argue this…but the Administration is threatening to take it all the way to the SCOTUS.
California Assembly approves tax credit for film industry.
So much for tax the rich.
CA State Senator Leland Yee, and author of gun control bill, indicted on gun running and corruption charges LOL.
In a stunning criminal complaint, State Sen. Leland Yee has been charged with conspiring to traffic in firearms and public corruption as part of a major FBI operation spanning the Bay Area, casting yet another cloud of corruption over the Democratic establishment in the Legislature and torpedoing Yee’s aspirations for statewide office.
Yee, D-San Francisco, highlights a series of arrests Wednesday morning that included infamous Chinatown gangster Raymond “Shrimp Boy” Chow, whose past includes a variety of charges including racketeering and drug crimes. Targets of the early-morning raids appeared in federal court in San Francisco on Wednesday afternoon.
I’m moving to Denmark where the sluts are! Tell my fiance adios ;)!
The Drugging of the American Boy
By the time they reach high school, nearly 20 percent of all American boys will be diagnosed with ADHD. Millions of those boys will be prescribed a powerful stimulant to “normalize” them. A great many of those boys will suffer serious side effects from those drugs. The shocking truth is that many of those diagnoses are wrong, and that most of those boys are being drugged for no good reason?simply for being boys. It’s time we recognize this as a crisis.
Some more liberal tolerance.

Excellent post. This is very much a great concern to me.
Yeah, I was blown away by the 20% figure. There should be congressional hearings on this. There’s a lot of money involved (industries’ worth, even) in this, to produce ‘good’ little economic units, for it to be corrected voluntarily.

I think we should be careful with thinking the government wants to solve things like these. I’d be hesitant to put fixing big pharma’s issues in big brothers hands.
How about this fun fact? Big Pharma spent more money on lobbying from 1998-2012 than oil and gas companies AND defense companies.
So I rarely get on facebook except to check out pictures of my adorable niece, but I was bored tonight. Huge conservative buddy of mine had a link to Herman Cain saying something so I strolled around his facebook page. Cain posted an article about the Secret Service going home drunk and here were some of the comments:
Robert Gandy The mere thought of having to take a bullet, for that sorry excuse for a president, would have me drinking too!

RaDonna Marshall MORE death threats on this president than any EVER. Secret Service must be alert at all times…I just pray someone can break through the lines.
Damn, I don’t like the guy, but some people are praying someone can get through his Secret Service protection?
Good god I hate social media. Or is the more surprising thing that people are still posting on Herman Cain’s facebook page?

Social media, and the internet in general, is easily one of the best yet worst inventions in human history.

Just such venom. I know it’s both parties, but good God. I think a vast difference exists in these two phrases:
A. Obama sucks.
B. Obama sucks and it is a shame the Secret Service is really good at protecting him.
I can’t imagine wanting a President to be harmed. I pretty much despise the policies of Obama and George W. Bush and I would look them in the eyes and shake both of their hands if they walked through the door right now.
After that I may ask them what they were thinking on X, X, X, X ![]()

Ya, I think you get these types of responses regardless of who it is. I bet someone somewhere on the internet said something similar about Mother Teresa. It’s just the nature of the beast as they say.
Any guesses as to why the left wants to allow illegal aliens and convicted criminals the right to vote?

It would cement a one party system forever.

I hope the GOP learns the lessons from the 1988 Presidential Election.
Even after giving full amnesty in 1986, Republicans still only got 30% of the Latino vote.
Low income people vote Dem because they are low income.
