Is there much difference in effectiveness if I take it biweekly - the half life is 46 hours . Btw I am trying some liquid anastrozole from chem research co. 1mg weekly total . After a few days my nipples are no longer sensitive ( I had 63 Estrodiol ( 14-42 range ) ).
Sir T, I think you have set a new record for the amount of threads on this forum. All the information you will ever need regarding Adex dosing and E2 can be found in the Estradiol sticky. You can actually search for this stuff in the search feature. I think a lot of the experienced members here get tired of answering the same question and the less experienced don’t feel comfortable giving advice (myself included). This is why a lot of your questions go unanswered. Most of the time we can only point you in the right direction.
ok i re-read the whole estradiol sticky - although it does not specifically answer my question I concluded that anastrozole takes a few weeks to build a stable serum level in body - so based on that I think EOD and biweekly would bring the same effect and be just as stable levels .
Most of this stuff is so dependent on the actual individual. I have been working for over a year to dial in my protocol and specifically my E2. I think the best thing to do is practice patience. Stick with your protocol for a period of time in order to create a baseline to work with and then begin dialing everything in. Good luck man.
