Looking for advice.
As previously posted, my last round of blood work had my estradiol way too high. Went from 22 to 71.54. Doc decided to up my dose from 1/2 tablet a week to 1/4 tablet 3x week.
Over last month and a half, my left wrist has been killing me. It’s somewhat intermittent but is very frequent. I can’t pinpoint any time where I injured it lifting and haven’t lifted in a few weeks.
Any connections to increasing anastrazole and the wrist pain ? Is that a possibility?
On a separate question, the benefits of symptom relief I had when I started the trt replacement seem to have disappeared. Mood, energy, sex drive are not what they were. Is this all driven by the high estradiol?

How long have you been doing TRT? What is your protocol? The wrist sounds like a coincidental injury. As a computer worker and heavy lifter every once and I while I get pain in one wrist or the other as a matter of bad form doing something. Easy stretching, ice, and a shitload of Curcumin usually does the trick after 4-5 days along with a break from lifting.
U increased an ai and have joint pain. Sounds like your e2 may be too low. Must check e2 labs

You’ve provided too little information to be able to answer much of anything, have no idea how long you’ve been on TRT or what type of protocol you’re on. If I had to guess I would say you’re either having problems with estrogen or your protocol is wrong for you.
Given your SHBG you will need to be injecting smaller doses (8-10mg) of testosterone everyday, if not then as time goes on you can expect no further relief from injections. Anothing thing is the TRT honeymoon phase is over and now your pituitary gland is shut down and now you must wait 6 weeks for things to even out.
I had wrist pain for several months after starting TRT, after awhile your wrist will feel better. Being low T for a time can affect your bones and joints.
