Yes it was, I got it.

I still havent got it. Anything good in it this week?
I just received two pounds of PeptoPro this morning, and the taste is horrible. PeptoPro is correct in saying that it isn’t bitter – instead it tastes sour, bordering on rancid. I think vomit is an apt description. Although, if it helps me pack on 15 pounds, I’ll keep sucking it down.
For $90 bucks, Anaconda better taste awesome!!
I hope its a mix Pepto Pro, Vitargo, and Leucine, as these are three (proven) ingredients I would want in my protein pulses. And for $90 it would still be financially viable.

I doubt it will have Vitargo in it as they have stated it will be low carb. I’m betting on CH, leucine, beta alanine, citrulline malate, and creatine, and then some more stuff.

Why would it have beta alanine and citrulline malate when that is already in Surge Workout Fuel?
Because you don’t have to use, and are not expected to use, both Anaconda and SWF to cover the same hour or other similar time period.

Your probably right… Low carb is good for me though, the eastern european in me doesn’t respond well to carbs. I think Beta-Alanine is a good guess, as the bottle of anaconda reads " Brings trashed muscle back from the dead. Bigger, stronger, and ready for more."
My prediction on main ingredients:
Peptopro
Leucine
Beta-alanine
Potassium
Vitamin C

How’s that? How did you get this? Using it? Bill, is there still a prohormone in the works similar to what the original Anaconda was designed to be?

The more water you put in it, the better it tastes. You get used to it pretty fast too.
Jason
At no time did I ever have the slightest bit of information or even hint that Anaconda was ever intended as a prohormone product.
I don’t think that has ever been the case.

Jason I’ve been reading your training log over at EliteFTS and I see that both you and Ted Toalston are big fans of Anaconda. If you don’t mind me asking what other Biotest supps. are you using? Are you guys doing a similar peri-workout protocol (FINiBARs, Surge Workout Fuel, Surge Recovery. . etc) like what CT has laid out various times here?
Thanks, I’ll keep checking your log; love the reviews. . . keep 'em coming, and I look forward to seeing Anaconda soon.

I only remember Anaconda first being compared to the muscle building effects of MAG-10. Kind of like a replacement for the banned MAG-10. I don’t remember reading it was going to be a prohormone. But the early teasers of Anaconda definitely wasn’t the same product as the soon to be released version of Anaconda. Guess they just liked the name…kinda like they use the name “MAG-10 amino primer” in Surge Workout Fuel.

Right. I remember Anaconda being billed as the next MAG-10. That’s what I meant Bill. I always just assumed that it would be a prohormone though I’m not sure this was ever expressly stated. I’m still not really sure how it could approach the level of effectiveness of MAG-10 in its current form. I mean, increased recovery is great, but I don’t see that yielding MAG-10-like results. What else is the forthcoming Anaconda supposed to do? I guess we’ll see.

Thats fine, Im sure we are all of track.
However, if it IS a during/post workout aid I don’t see the benefit of having low amounts of carbs.
Unless I have to add it to Surge. I am willing to doubt there is a supplement that has as many benefits as carbs during this period.
Perhaps it could be used as a Surge additive??
[/quote]
CT did state at the fact that Anaconda will not be used alone for insulin spikes, nor will it replace either Surge. This would indicate, in my eyes, that it will be used in conjunction with the pre-existing Biotest arsenal. This however, would also indicate a higher price for the effective use of anaconda.
In one respect it’s not as much of an increase as one might think, as when using Anaconda you don’t need Surge Workout Fuel as an immediate pre- or during-workout drink, as Anaconda does everything Surge Workout Fuel does and more (except supply carbs.)
I was somewhat concerned on first getting the Anaconda, or rather while awaiting it, about what was I going to do considering that I didn’t want to stop using Surge Workout Fuel during workouts, and was thinking I would have to take both. It was a nice relief to see from the ingredients that I was losing nothing (except not getting the carbs) in switching to Anaconda. So each 2 scoops of Anaconda taken is 2 scoops of Surge Workout Fuel saved, which helps on price.
Thanks Bill, that’s good to know.
I keep trying to wrap my mind around this one, trying to guess what makes this supplement the “anabolic cocktail” Tim Patterson has been developing for so long.
Part of me thinks it is just a mix of all of the Biotest supplements used in anyway to promote training and recovery, but I have to assume that Anaconda will contain at least one ingredient we have not yet seen here.
After all, what can bring you back from the dead?
