Just received my first Biotest shipment and couldn’t be more pumped. After drinking Metabolic Drive I’m not sure how I lived without it for so long. That being said I just bought Metabolic Drive, Creatine, and Grow! and only have about 180 to spend on more supplements for July. I’m currently in a cutting stage and I just don’t know enough to make the best decision between Anaconda, Surge or Indigo-3G.
If this question has already been tackled I apologize for clogging the forms.
Thanks guys
p.s. If anyone is feeling in a good mood and wants to answer another question. I’m an endomorph and I feel like I don’t do well with carbs buttt I own a blueberry farm so I’m constantly surrounded by fruit. During my hypertrophy phases I was saving my fruit for post workout, is it still ok to have fruit post workout or am I hurting my potential fat loss

A lot to address here, but I’ll do my best ![ ](https://emoji.discourse-cdn.com/apple/slight_smile.png?v=12)
I have experience with the Anaconda protocol, Surge Workout Fuel, and Surge Recovery. haven’t used Indigo.
I’ll address your last question first, because it’s the easiest. The easy answer is that you can eat almost anything in the immediate time frame around a workout and not hurt your potential fat loss. In fact, some sugar directly after a workout can help.
My understanding of Indigo is that it would not be something to be used in conjunction with actual whole blueberries. Indigo’s derived from a particular chemical in blueberries, but there are other chemicals in blueberries that otherwise inhibit the effectiveness of this chemical (general description). So eating blueberries would seem counterproductive. And I’m guessing you eat a lot of these berries since you own a farm. Indigo’s also the most expensive out of the bunch.
I love the Surges. I’m also very carb-tolerant. That’s the least expensive route for workout supplementation, but it may not be effective for you.
The Anaconda protocol seems like a decent compromise of everything. I think it’s a more effective peri-workout drink than surge, more expensive than Surge, less expensive than Indigo (I think, probably depends on number of workouts in a given time period). MAG-10 is also a versatile supplement to have, I’d recommend having it regardless of goals. Anaconda’s good for your carb issues as well.
Hope this helps!

Based on what you’ve already got, you’d do best with some kind of workout nutrition. Anaconda is the top of the charts for that. Simple, done and done.
There’s nothing at all wrong with either Surge formula, but in terms of good-better-best, I’d put Anaconda a notch above either. Also, I took a quick look at your I,Bodybuilder log and I don’t get the feeling that Indigo would be most appropriate right now. Build some momentum for a few months training balls out and sticking to a nutrition plan, and see where that takes you first.
Yep, like flip mentioned… from the Indigo page:
"Effective C3G Dosing
It’s simple. Find raspberries or blueberries that actually contain high levels of C3G and then eat 12 pounds of them per day.
Too bad that’s not really feasible. Besides, blueberries (and the other berries and their extracts) that contain C3G also contain quercetin and other compounds (anthocyanins and anthocyanidins) that can either inhibit or diminish the effects of C3G."

Again, like flip said, it depends on the rest of your day’s diet, but carbs around (before, during, or immediately after) won’t necessarily slow down fat loss. Some people say the fructose can cause an issue, but I still find it hard to believe that any whole (not juiced) fruit will have a serious negative impact on one’s physique as long as portions are controlled.
Thank you guys for taking the time to write to me. After thinking about it I do agree with you guys about needing nutrition for during my workouts. Anything that will allow me to work out more intensely sounds great.
@Flip- I wish i was carb tolerant lol
@Chris- I loved I.BB but from reading around T-Nation it seems that its best to get lean before trying to put on alot of size. Just started the meltdown training 1 so hopefully with the right supplements and diet ill shed some lbss.
Thanks again
