Which Supplement During Workout?

I can only afford to purchase one product and am debating on whether to go with Anaconda, Mag-10, or Surge Workout Fuel. I understand that MAG-10 is in Anaconda but it is cheaper. I want to find out which supplement is the best to drink during a workout while on Indigo-3G.

If you’re concerned with optimizing the carb partitioning effects of the I3G, I’d go with the SWF. It’s a more carb-based supplement, while the Anaconda and MAG-10 and essentially protein supps, with only 1g carbs per scoop.

Surge Workout Fuel would be a good choice for sure, but the CM in MAG-10 and ANACONDA would be desirable considering that you may experience increased work capacity on Indigo-3G.

How about if i mixed Surge Workout Fuel with MAG-10 and sipped that together throughout my workout?
Would that be efficient? Because the directions on the magazine 10 doesn’t say to sip it during the workout but to consume it rather 30 mins after workouts or in between meals. What’s so amazing about the ANACONDA! ? Would Surge Workout Fuel mixed with ANACONDA be the best? I’m just worried because I have some anxiety issues and have had weird body responses to creatine

Ok please jump on the Indigo livespills (top left corner on the main page) and learn Indigo best practices.

Surge Workout Fuel + MAG-10 + Anaconda (in varying amounts based on your goals) are recommended for a periworkout protocol for Indigo users. You mix them, start sipping 15 min or so preworkout, continue sipping through the workout, and finish the mix about 15 min postworkout.

Seriously though, get on the Indigo livespills and read up on how to work with the Indigo so you don’t waste it.

what’s the best way not to waste $150 per month on purple pills? Spend another $200 on powders to go with them. I definitely chose the wrong career path.

Lol.

Yes, it’s a lucrative business for sure. At the same time, the periworkout nutrition protocols they recommend do work. I’m not saying they’re the only way to get good results (don’t use them anymore myself because of the price). But the protocols do cover the bases around workouts, which is good for people who don’t have much time to prep food or put a lot of thought into nutrition in general.

I was suggesting that OP read up to avoid any “OMFG why is Indigo and low carb dieting doing nothing for me??”-type situations.

I guess if you’re wealthy dropping $400/month on workout nutrition is only a drop in a bucket.

But for people who aren’t ultra advanced or rich why would you spend that kind of money?

I’d definitely head over here Pharma - Forums - T Nation before I’d spend that kind of money on a supp.

A lot of the people who are getting involved in the Indigo Project are either advanced lifters who are committed to staying natural, or people who are still learning about their bodies. Indigo is a better choice than AAS for the former category for obvious reasons.

For those in the latter category, it would be pretty irresponsible to jump into AAS without knowing what the fuck they are doing. Indigo has a very simple dosing protocol, and IS EFFECTIVE if the basic guidelines for its use are followed. It’s a good tool for those who are still learning how to seriously improve their physiques, and is way harder to fuck up than AAS.

I’m not rich or anything, but I put in a lot of hours at work and made some sacrifices to get in on the first batch. In the process, I developed a physique that I could look at in the mirror without vomiting and I got way better at affecting change for my physique. If I could do it all over again, I might make some changes to my training and nutrition along the way, but I’d sure as hell still go in on the Indigo. Without it, I’d still be starving myself to maintain a lesser level of leanness and muscularity than I have now.

Oh I not doubting that Biotest makes great stuff. Not at all.

Just making a half-joke about a smart business plan.

Yeah I just can’t afford to buy the SWF and the Anaconda and the MAG-10. So I was wanting to see the best alternative. I can’t wait tell this years season is over so I can get back into the weights hard.

Ok MAG-10/SWF is a good combo. Throw some creatine monohydrate down around workouts as well if you can. You can get like a year’s supply here for pretty cheap. I’ve been using that stuff since I dropped Anaconda (1/2 scoop preworkout, 1/2 scoop postworkout currently).
