Anabolic Diet Recipes

Now that I’ve started the anabolic diet I’m trying to get a list of recipes for me to use at my disposal.

So far I’ve made up one recipe that tastes pretty good to me.

Kale Burgers:
For every 2 lbs. of burger, add 2 cans of kale and 12 tbsp. of flax seed.

This is for me to eat at school since I need something I can eat quickly in between my classes.

I understand that the forum “My experience on the Anabolic Diet” contains a lot of good recipes but if anyone would like to contribute to this page it’d make it easier to weed out the recipes from the rest of the info in that forum.
