Anabolic Diet: For PLing or BBing?

Is the AD intended for the PL or BB… or both?

What I’ve understood from reading the forums is that you take Bodyweight x16 for calories a day. All fat and protein during the week and carb up on weekends.
Should I include veggies as real carbs? because I love vegetables.

Are their differences in diet plan for the Power Lifter and Body Builder? Im more toward the body building side of things but I would like to get my strength up as well.

Powerlifters diet?

its intended for the power lifter?

There are versions for both but it seems pretty tough to find the PL version without buying it (which is prolly a good idea anyways…)

So you can include green veges without counting their carbs since their non fibrous carb content is negligible. Examples are spinach, broccoli, asparagus, celery, lettuce, cucumber. Also mushrooms and cauliflower are fine. Anything else (including even nuts) be wary - the evil hidden carb is everywhere…

As for 16x bodyweight, the starting point generally quoted is 18x bwt, but depending on whether you’re trying to grow or lean out you can happily adjust that up or down while keeping the macro ratios the same
