Well I managed to get my calories a little higher today. But after bacon and eggs for breakfast I could have skipped lunch all together.
Does anyone else find this psychologically difficult? I’ve been doing low fat for so long that I’m secretly a little paranoid that I might get it wrong somehow and end up enormous…
Another question- I’ve just torn a ligament in my SIJ and I’m out of the gym until it heals. Is success on this diet dependent on training, or can it also be effective during an injury phase?
