Hey I think I read that CT has advocated something similar, but… if one has the cash, and is trying to put on as much lean mass as possible, would a good “anabolic cocktail” be something like: (this is for a female)
5 g glutamine
5 g BCAAs
5 g arginine
5 g glycerol
I was thinking of going to trueprotein.com or proteinfactory and formulating something like this to drink 5 times a day (upon waking, pre-workout, between 2 of my afternoon meals, and before bed)
Would this be good, or could u recommend something different? Should I add some taurine, or take out anything? What about leucine, or would that possibly spike my insulin too much?
