She had it coming TD54. I am sure the parents already knew the ending not just the timing of it. It is sad but If I saw my daughter like that and did all I could possibly do, to include me sacrificing myself for her and still not see a change one can only do so much. If your religious than she’s in a better place fellow friends.
None of this changes the fact that it is a tragedy and people here are joking about it. To me it’s sad that, as i said, someone lost their daughter today. Joke about murderers and child rapists dying, but not a girl who had an unfortunate drug addiction.
You might want to re-check the definition of tragedy. And I don’t think most people are joking about it, mostly just pointing out it was gonna happen soon enough

I really don’t understand all of the people making fun of Justin Beiber. As Jase said, he is living it up and succeeding right now. Making more money and getting finer ass than any of us could ever dream of lol. Just leave the kid alone
Sorry bro I don’t know about you but I don’t consider Selena Gomez to be "fine ass,’ maybe for a 14 YO boy that watches Disney Channel.
And since when do you have the all mighty knowledge to proclaim all of us are envious of Justin Beiber’s lifestyle? Maybe we had fantasies about his success when we were little juveniles but most of us are past the age to actually DESIRE the life of a teen pop star. I’m sure less than 1% on here would ever want to have singing as a profession yet actually have the talent for it. Okay, so he’s rich and 15 YO girls clamour for him. The fact you think something like that should be revered goes to show you the materialistic culture in America.
It’s not even personal with Justin Beiber for most - he’s the face of BS commercial, repetitive and intellectually insulting music.

lolol i never said any of you were envious of him. When did i say that??? Please find the quote. You just made that up. And he is making music that appeals to 12 year old girls, NOT you. I don’t see anything wrong with that. He isn’t talking about drugs, sex or alcohol (at least not to my knowledge). That alone makes me respect him more than most. He is setting a better example than a lot of other people out there.

Certainly there are much worse “tragedies” than some 27 year old addict dying. I’m not denying that. Though i still find it sad when a human dies before their time (assuming they weren’t a murderer or rapist etc…)
And people are definitely joking about it bro. Read the thread again lol.
“Well, the “Forever 27” gang just got it’s newest member. I’m calling it now, Bieber dies the day before he turns 28…”
Honestly it’s not that big of a deal and i don’t really care. It just seems distasteful to be joking about someones death. If she was your sister you wouldn’t be joking about her drug use saying “she had it coming” or “i guess she just really wanted to join the forever 27 gang”

You kind of insinuated that because he is richer than us we should leave him alone. Again, most aren’t hating on Justin Beiber, they’re hating on his music.
She was a good singer with two fantastic albums, with a father who loved her very much and repeatedly begged her on live radio to stop doing what she was doing otherwise she’d kill herself. Her own demons won. A shame and a loss.

Well that is not what i meant. But can you not find anything to compliment the kid on? He actually has a decent voice, carries himself well, and entertains millions of little girls. Along with that, he handles all of the bullshit thrown his way pretty well. His music is disgusting lol, but it’s not intended for our listening pleasure.
TD54 yeah she died and maybe its tough to see her die but she put herself in danger. Over and over again not once not twice but many times. There in lies the issue yes we can be sad but its inevitable. Her issues and demons won and hopefully she is in a better place. Like someone else said her dad begged her like any good father would. What else can one do?

I’ve no extra-special sympathy, seriously. Gil Scot Heron died just over a couple of months ago and the responses his thread got was pathetic. Seriously…pathetic. Given his contribution to the music industry and the world in general compared…well…just call me bitter I guess.
What she gave to the world as an artist was minimal and while I wouldn’t belittle her death I certainly won’t glorify it as a great loss of 2011.
and edit - daughters die every
fucking
day.
People stop acting like this daughter was special over your own.

Yet here we are at page two… =/

We stretched a thread about that mongoloid, Marzouk leaving out to what…12 pages?? Be lucky the sheer mention of The Biebs didn’t spiral this thread into some “What Has Canada Given The World?” thread
Now, where’s Edgy to turn this into a North American relations thread
