Im Starting to plan for my cut which will be in roughly 5 months.
Just gathering infomation about fasted cardio. I understand when doing fasted morning cardio you dont go balls to the wall (or at least I dont think so maybe wrong)
So my question is, Would taking an amino acid blend in the morning before cardio be good for preserving muscle during a cutting phase. Or would it not matter to much because the cardio isnt balls to the wall for an extended time. Just want to get things right.
Thanks

I walk my dog for a mile and a half in about 20-22 mins. So I get a good sweat going if it is above 40 degrees out, but nothing too strenuous no.
It works, and it helps appetite too. But it isn’t lipo, so be patient.
Some people swear by it others don’t, pretty sure Poliquin recommends it. It’s not going to hurt.
you can pop some BCAA caps before heading out, def wont hurt
when I was on deployment for the last month I would get up at 6 and go run 3-4 miles then come back shower, eat breakfast, and start my day… I would then do my lifting in the afternoon. I definitely was at my leanest at that point… my diet was aslo very on point, but yeah it worked for me.

Sweet, thanks for in insight.
I get up a 5 oclock now so 430 isnt much differnt. Like I said I’v got afew months to work it all out.
Thanks agian. If anyone else has any personal experience I’d love to hear it
I’d suggest having a scoop of whey 15-30 mins prior to doing your morning cardio. Fasted morning cardio should be pretty low intensity too, as in being able to breath through your nose the entire time you are doing it.
Dr. LL has a lot to say about this in temporal nutrition and “100 workout to ripped city”, I think? I like to do this with music bounce a tennis ball around and catch it and throw it… helps pass the time. You don’t want to do to much to soon. You’ll want to plan the start the diet and then the other things you’ll do later if necessary to get as lean as your trying for in the amount of time you are shooting for.
