Is there any plans on this book coming to amazon (hard copy) like his other books or kindle? I searched and this question has been asked but back at the beginning of this year. I really want to read this book but the high shipping is killing it for me.
At some point, we will put the book on Amazon (hard copy); however it’s best for most businesses to not rely on someone else business. Once Amazon tightens the screws, the business will be fucked and all of a sudden, you got no web traffic or presence.
I doubt we will ever put it on Kindle.
