his arms are damn near the size of his waist.
He’s cheating, all the protein goes to the upperbody! Only needs to eat .75/lb protein and can get ripped faster, spend less on food.
JK, still need more motivation?
He could swim, it is just much harder, although his arms look ready to do some hard work.

God damn what a bad ass motherfucker.
He kicks that kids ass with no arms or legs. I laughed outloud watching him scurry towards him.

You dont think you can do cardio without your legs ?

An arm bike will kick your ass.
Your legs are made for high output, your arms arent designed for it, they are very inefficent and force your Cardiovascular system to work really hard.
he could also swim…that would be tricky without legs though…

Not to mention he would likely sink.

There is a guy with no legs and no arms who can swim…so no you are wrong.
One of my mates is paraplegic and he used to love gym before his car accident. He laid off for a while then thought fuck it, and started back at the gym.
I haven’t seen him in a while but last time I spoke to him he was doing pullups in his wheelchair for 10-12 reps. The chair weighs around 18kg(40lbs).

You’re obviously not fluent in sarcasm.
Fat=bouyancy, and that guy has none. Obviously he could still float though.

Ha good call. I just wanted to put something to make sure people would actually click the link.
Wow, that’s some amazing resilience. He’s done a great job.
It really is a shame, just think about what he could have been had he had legs.
To have such a great build in a chair, if he could train normally he would look so much better.
Great genetics, kinda wasted.
I only feel sad for others when its potential lost.

I disagree. The real loss is when younger guys who have a lot of potential and don’t realise it don’t even try. This guy has done something amazing.

But when that happens its their fault, this guy cant help but be in that chair, its not a choice.
His potential is wasted by no fault of his own, and thats what makes it sad.

I dare say he could compete at the O if he had legs… (esp. since he’d be able to pack on more mass all over)
