It’s not expensive,… not sure of the price. A whole can is about 400-500 cals, with a good maount of protein (obviously), and complex carbs. I’;ve had their Beef Chile, Chicken CHile, and Turkey. Turkey gets my vote hands down. HIghest protein content, and lowest overall cals (so you can have it as a side dish if you’re bulking)

Immediately after workout, 3 scoops whey, 2 bananas, cup and a half of whole milk. Thinking of getting a bit of icecream in that shake. Then, a little bit later, 45 min to an hour, I eat probably 1-1.5 pounds of meat with 2 cups white rice. This is the biggest and should be the biggest meal of the day.
