Im curious. When you 7 sets does that include warm up plus ramping up and working sets. Or are we talking about 7 actual work sets.

It sounds like you’re squatting too Heavy, not necessarily too much.
You average 35 squat reps per workout. That doesn’t seem way out of line compared to other routines.
But you can’t get to depth and your technique or form breaks down on you regularly.
At this stage you’re better off to reduce the weight, practice your technique, get to the depth you want, and Avoid failure.
Spend some workouts getting Good squat reps in to iron out your issues. And give the assistance lifts you’re doing some time to work.
