Some math on the egg issue;
That has you taking in about 375 cal. a day from the eggs of which 60-65% is fat. It may work for you but I don’t think that’s the best advice to give someone looking to drop a few pounds.

Why would the fact 60-65% comes from fat matter? That wouldn’t hurt fat loss any more so then it being 60-65% of carbs or protein, as long as it’s inline with his macros for the day. [/quote]

Extrapolate that thought your diet and your headed to chubbyville; if your heart doesn’t blow up before you get there. Weight’s not a meal to meal project, hell hittin Mc’s “D” never killed anyone. Making it a daily routine and it’s gonna get ya.

Hay, have at it. Just be wise enough to leave room to turn the ship around.

I eat roughly a 115g of fat daily, and I’ve gotten bloodwork in the last year that says I’m healthier then the average person my age (just turned 22).

Fat isn’t inherently bad, and you probably need to look into how little of an effect dietary cholesterol (I’m assuming that’s what you are talking about when talk about heart’s exploding) has on one’s bloodwork if they are healthy and not pre-disposed to having cholesterol problems.

Regardless of that, you are just demonizing fat for some reason, which I thought people on this site didn’t do anymore, seeing as it’s not 1993. He can also eat carbs sources other then brown rice and oats, and doesn’t have to use high reps to ‘tone’ or low reps to ‘bulk’. Not saying you made those claims, but that’s about the same kind of bro-science that says eating fats make you fat (or lead you to ‘chubbyville’ as you claimed).

Fat isn’t inherently bad, just as carbs nor protein are. It’s in the overall context of his diet that is what matters.

You are arguing against thousands of years of evolution, and justifying it with corporate/government interests.

The beauty of mother nature is, that bitch won’t lie.

My question has been answered, so thanks for that!

I would say it’d wise to close this topic, since it has taken a bad turn, apparently. But as to that egg and fat issue, I have plenty of knowledge to make a smart “guess” (that’s what it ends up being, after all). I just needed some validation or counter-argument. That’s it. And it was properly counter-argued. So, again, thanks. This will help me a lot.
