Am I Eating Enough on Cycle?

Hello everyone, this is my first post but been juicing and bodybuilding since I was 16, will started juicing at 19 but been bodybuilding since 16. Am at 450 grams of carbs and around 300 grams a protein a day. I am doing 900 mags of test 450 of test e and 450 of sust and 150 mg of deca.

I am currently weighing 200-202 lbs. and was wondering if I am doing enough shit on relationship to amount of food I am eating. Belly is getting extended but muscle size is frozen in time. Well that’s what it feels like. There is no formula to figure out food to juice ratio. I am trying to bulk. Do I keep pushing food or should I add more juice is the question.

Share a faceless photo. Provide you age, height and weight. Provide current details about nutrition. Provide current details about lifting schedule and training program. Need to know total calories and how many fats/carbs/protein macro ratio. Also what do your foods consist of?

Not sure why you are mixing Test E and Sus. They are both just testosterone with different esters (sus being a 4 blend).

Find your TDEE, eat 200-500 cal over that if you are bulking

I am 48 yers old, ectomorph 5’9", 199 as of today.
Meal 1 (3am)
4 egg whites(24 grams of protein), 2 packets of protein oatmeal(20 grams of protein and 80 grams of carbs
Meal 2 (6:30 am)
4 whole eggs 2 egg whites (36 grams of protein), 2 packets of oat meal (20 grams of protein, 80 grams of carbs)
Shake (27 grams of protein)
Meal 3 (9:45 am)
200 grams of chicken thighs (52 grams of protein), 200 grams of rice (50 grams of carbs)
Shake (27 grams of protein)
Meal 4 12 pm Pre-workout meal 4 bags of oatmeal (12 grams of protein, 108 grams of
carbs)
Meal 5 Post work-out 3:30-4 pm
shake (27 grams of protein) 4 whole eggs 2 egg white (36 grams of protein)
2 packets of protein (20 grams of protein, 80 grams of carbs)
Meal 6. 7:30 pm
80 grams of cod ( the fish comes in packets the weight varies) 200 grams of rice
(17-20 grams of protein, 50 grams of carbs)

I weigh my food after cooked.

FATS I do not calculate, just been concentrating on protein and carbs

Workout:
Sat quads
Sun Hamstrings, calfs and ab’s (sometimes too sore from Sat so I just do hams)
Monday rest
Tuesday back and triceps
Wednesday biceps, delts, calfs
Thursday Chest, lower back, abs, calfs

Gear:
600 mg of Test E, 150mg Deca first 3 weeks
900 mg test E, 150 mg Deca 1 week
This week:
450 mg Test E, 450 mg Sust, 150 mg Deca
I wanted to try the faster esters it made me more hard and lean went from 202-204 to 199 today. today is my last shot of the week and the Sust is making me feel tired and it makes the injection site very sore. I might just go back to doing 300 mgs of test E today.

I am not very sensitive to estrogen, having zero sides. I am 48 and have lost count of my cycles. maybe 30-40 if not more.

This is a mistake. For starters your carbs are very high, I know you’re bulking but you are eating almost as much calories in carbs alone as I eat in an entire days worth of food (all macros). Protein is one of the few you don’t have to worry about going overboard with as there is literature that excess cals from protein do not lead to fat gain etc. Based on your age, height, weight and without know BF I would still say you are consuming too much food. I like the way you’ve laid out your meals, but I would reduce the number of carbs significantly and make sure you’re adding in healthy fats. Play with the ratio but a 40p/40c/20f split is typical for muscle building.

But then again aren’t AAS the answer to all ills of lack of muscle gain? The miracle drug.

This was my understanding of them. That’s why I pinned test before I ever lifted a weight.

Gotta get the easy gains out of the way first.

School, family, job and Bodybuilding wants all your time and then some.

I have had to always eat like crazy because I am an ectomorph. I have crazy fast matoblism. Whats the point of nonsense that doesn’t help. I miss a meal and I lean out and ab’s become very visual. For a mod I would think you would know how to come at someone with respect.
