Am I doing enough

Mal3 39years old 5’10 160lbs bulking . Working roofing 50hours a week

Running 531 bbb , starting 2nd cycle, 1st cycle went good ( easy??)

Used 5x10 @50% bbb work

Ran 5x10 decline situps weighted (45lbs on chest) on all lower days

And a mix of curl/chinups/facepull depending on energy on upper days, but mpstly only 1 accessory per day after the 5x10 bbb work,

Is this enough work ?

As I wrote in your other topic: I feel like this would be too much.

But you’re already on your second cycle. You should already be getting feedback. How much weight did you gain?

total as of today maybe 5-8lbs its hard cuz it fluctuates alot with my work, i just got out of holiday so no work so i went up to 162lbs ( 9lbs gain ) but after going back to work im more around 159lbs, so would be around 6lbs over the last 11 weeks avg 3400calories a day and 152g of protein over those 11 weeks

Out of those 11 weeks it was 7 weeks of fierce 5 beginner and 4 weeks of bbb

I am asking how much weight you gained in the 1 cycle of BBB.

157.8 to 162.4, then im at 159 now ( as i said weight super fluctuate with my job) but calories are steady

You are steadily gaining weight, which is the goal of the program. You are, at the least, doing enough.
