HAHAHAHA, hands down the funniest thing I’ve ever read on the internet.
if u haven’t realized it by now ur not a beast. At 170 ish lbs. and 6 weeks of hard training I got my 1-leg leg extension up to 225 for 10 reps and leg press well over 500 for 10 reps. Then i got smart and started reading some of kelly baggett’s stuff and westside barbell and here. I assume u will end up doing the same and be humbled like i was when i first did squats. I would def. consider u a beast tho if u could squat 2x ur bodyweight in ur first session getting to at least parallel

170lbs doing 225x10 single leg? Sounds like you are smoking the crack to me. Unless you are 5’1".
I already said I could squat 500 which is over twice my body weight…
Anyways…this is getting old now:) I always take what my fellow posters say with a grain of salt because 90% of the T-Nation population are sporting 15.5 inch arms…
