I love training first thing in the morning. Probably my favorite time to train. im with greekdawg though, i like lifting in the morning.

you peeps who do the AM lifting Pm cardio…how did you adjust to doing cardio in the evening?
I just had to switch my schedule with a new job that has me going in before daylight…so I can lift but not run before work. Switching from first thing cardio to the end of the day is KILLER for some reason.
