Dude, were you carrying most of your fat around the hips and butt? In the before pictures seems that this was the case…or just the angle. Very nice transformation. Share sopme training and nutrition, supplementation. And 6.3 is a little low in my opinion, given the transformation.

regarding clen - while it seems it works (ie i can feel the effects, more strength on training, and when i cut it off i sleep half the day over), i only use very low dosages, such as 2 tablets per day, sometimes 3, and 4 is absolute max. (most people start with 5). combining it with 300-400mg caffeine and 50mg ephedrine gives solid results
as for winny… i really cant tell if it does anything at all. except make me piss every 2 hours. i don’t think i will be using it ever again.
Yeah, I read that - good stuff. I think you went overboard with carbs and the sweets but who is to argue with results. Did you do anything special to lose the fat around the butt? I am taking an anti-aromatase right now and it seems to be working along with the very strict diet but any tips would be welcome.

i have found that extreme amount of cardio along with very large amount of protein will take care of fat even in that section.
i was inline skating long distances (50-100km) every day for 2-3 months, and that got the fat down…
unfortunately, as soon as i regain my weight (every winter), it goes back where it was… then i must diet again…
only long term solution i can see is packing additional 5 kg of muscle into upper body so two halves would even out once you pack on some fat again…
or, once you get the fat down, try to never put too much of it back (ie, bulk only short periods of time)
Well, I guess I will need to do a lot of cardio. Did you feel like you lost too much muscle doing all that cardio and is it the reason you did clen and winstrol? And where are you from?
At first I was gonna give you an 8 for the transformation, then It dropped 2 points for needing 2 cutting agents. Than another for the ephedrine, than it dropped another point for your Zoolanderish attire. Well aren?t you very self-righteous lildaddydrew. This is isn?t the rate my attire and accessories section of the web site. ITS CALLED RATE MY PHYSIQUE. Yes he does little a little ridiculous in the pictures, but they accomplish the goal; THEY SHOW HIS PHYSIQUE. While this site is a great source of information and has made my much more competent ?bodybuilder? over the past couple of years, people get on here and mimic the same criticism over and over again.

Good job OP. I was a little surprised you mentioned that you didn’t do work your legs much except through endurance activities.
I suggest that you start squatting more. You’ll never know how huge your legs can get.
