?Never tell a young person that anything cannot be done. God may have been waiting centuries for someone ignorant enough of the impossible to do that very thing.?

1a. Still stuck at 445…Got pinned on my 6th rep of the 3rd set and was livid about it…Tried the weight again and got 5 easier than the 3rd set…
1c. Moving up weight here which is good to see, hopefully it will translate over to my military press some.
1d. heaviest DB’s in the gym that i was working out in…
Energy systems work: ARC Trainer for 15 minutes on Hill Interval
Overall:
Pretty good workout, I still loathe doing 8 reps with everything in me! I cannot wait to get back to 5 and under. Even now on my sets-reps 1-5 fly up then i need to take breaths and finish two more-followed by more breathes and then the final rep…Uggg.
I am really leaning toward Wendler’s 5/3/1 for my next progression. I am also looking into Smolov and sheiko…If anyone has opinions on which of these three would work best for me (I haven’t done any of them) Please comment and let me know…
Taking tomorrow off both lifting and diet for easter.
Happy Easter everyone…
