To be honest the main reason why i have to drink so many of my meals is because my job does not really allow me access to good food on most days (I’ll be on a plane for 15 Hours- tonight, Wont sleep for a few days-or eat solid food while in the Middle east-then be on a plane for like 16 hours before i get back home to regular food Thursday morning)…So it is just kind of hard to get the cals and protein numbers up without so many shakes… [/quote]
So it’s kind of like a forced v-diet. Do you find yourself getting grouchy? I noticed that a lot of people in the v-diet forum complain about that, and I imagine being forced into it might make it worse.
