I wonder what happened.
Your last two logs were super intense and inspiring. I hope to see you back man!
I just finished all 46 pages of Alphas Work II: Alpha's Work II - Training Logs - Forums - T Nation
… I am a changed man. God bless you Alpha, whatever you may be up to these days. Some of your last quotes were “less talking, more doing” and we can all respect that attitude. There is enough wisdom in your old log to inspire change in this world for many years to come.
I was hoping this would really be back. I’ve got the other two favorited.
Hopefully everything is OK with Alpha. His other two logs were the best thing I have read on this site by far.
So I’ve lurked this site for years now. Created an account for the sole purpose of posting in this thread.
And I agree, Alpha’s threads are the best thing I’ve ever read on here. I only discovered him recently but have read everything I could find on him. Hoping he comes back.

Definitely, I can’t wait myself too…
Alpha, you’re an inspiration and thank you for all everything. I found your logs right after I broke my leg and read through them all twice. It kept me going and I knew I could come back stronger. It changed the way I train, and the way I look at training.
Thanks again
Hey everyone, thank you so much for your kind words and encouragement. I AM going to start a log back up and link it to a website that I am currently working on, but it will release my real name…so I am in the process of removing my personal info from the internet. Until then, you can catch up with what I am doing in a thread entitled “Alpha’s Work 3” that i am about to post up.
Thanks again.

It is started right below here Under Alpha’s Work 3
Oh Damn your back! That is fucking awesome! Thank you for your motivation and inspiration.
Alpha,
I know this isn’t the most recent thread but the other one it closed out by admin.
My question is, when ramping up on your working sets do you make sure to always stay above 70% of 1 rep max or so as to induce a training effect or do you just ramp up starting with what feels right to you?
Also i am looking to program daily undulating periodization. I think I read that you did this something like this not too long ago. Do you have any tips/suggestions? I train 4 day upper/lower right now.
I was thinking of doing something like…
Day 1 4-5x10
Day 2 4x8
Day 3 5x5
Day 4 3x3
Thanks bro.

I don’t think he’ll answer here. Check out his log: Alpha's Work IV - Training Logs - Forums - T Nation
