MattyG: Oh man, going exponentially would be horrible! Great idea though!

“Study strategy over the years and achieve the spirit of the warrior. Today is victory over yourself of yesterday; tomorrow is your victory over lesser men.”
“In fighting and in everyday life you should be determined though calm. Meet the situation without tenseness yet not recklessly, your spirit settled yet unbiased. An elevated spirit is weak and a low spirit is weak. Do not let the enemy see your spirit.”
“Generally speaking, the Way of the warrior is resolute acceptance of death”
“Do nothing which is of no use.”

NOTES:
- Normal Rucking first thing in the morning
- I am really liking the new set-up/walkout for my squats. I did so many sets because I am really trying to perfect my technique and make it concrete. It is actually funny that MattyG mentioned Mike Tuscherer a few posts back. After looking into the guy, I found out that he has had some coaching from Matt Gary, the same guy who taught me the technique last week…
- Trying to hit the paused squats, GHDs, Good Mornings and Reverse Hypers religiously right now, because all i have read is that they will drive your PRs up. I figure I will try it out for a few months and see how it works for me.
