I will say this. I noticed a “feeling” of increased testosterone. Also, it may sound wierd, but I can tell by my B.O. whether my testosterone is up or down. When I overtrain, it changes noticeably and if I cut back on training for a week it changes back. The thing that suprised me was that the increase in my unscientific perceptions of testosterone lasted for two weeks after I stopped taking the product for a while. Is it fat soluble?

AlphaBoy, good photos… but have you got any more photos of your Siberian Husky lurking in the background??? Please post.

Well here’s a summary of my first week of Alpha Male.

  1. I found that after waking up from workouts, especially leg training that i had better recovery. I slept better and didn’t wake up tired.

  2. I had more energy for workouts, meaning i found myself doing a couple more sets per bodypart than i wouldn’t normally do.

All in All it’s only the first week and i hope better things are too come.

Yo Alphaboy, following from my PM, where did you get Alph Male in Adelaide?
thx

No he was a T-Dog, but his testicles never came down. Bad breeder male parent.

So we had to get him desexed by 6 months of age or his testies would have been cancerous.

Whats your age Alpha??

I looked into (and tried) tribulus (the actual seeds of the plant, dired and ground) and I didnt notice any difference in anything.

I was 24 at the time, 25 now, and from what I have read products like Alpha Male are most beneficial for the older guys who are lacking in hormones?

Hi,

My age is: 25 yrs old

I decided to take Alpha Male mainly because i wanted to know whether its hype or for real.

Yes the guy at the bodybuilding store said it would probably benefit older guys 40 plus! Well even though my hormones seem fine, you never know these days with plastics, chemicals, radiation and pollution. Which we all absorb in certain degrees.

Look im not expecting too walk away with 20 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks, and i train hard and i think ive earned it to see if i can get at least a 2-5% increase in performance from this supplement, meaning if i get an extra 5kgs + on my 1 rep max in any lift i’ll be happy.

And so far i feel more energetic, and can tolerate more volume.

Anyway time will tell! And remember its only a supplement!
