I have one bottle of Alpha Male and one bottle of Carbolin 19. Which would make the most sense to use up first? There is no need to use anything after coming off an Alpha Male cycle as is recommended for a supplement like MAG-10 for example, correct?
take Alpha Male 5 on 2 off and take your Carbolin 19 on your 2 off days.
I’d run the Alpha Male first and then keep rolling with Carbolin 19 after you finish it. The effects of Carbolin 19 keep getting better with prolonged use.

This sounds like a good idea to me. Even if you want to follow a different on/off protocol, I’d still take Carbolin 19 on your off days.
