I just received one bottle of Alpha Male and 2 bottles of Carbolin 19. I am hoping to get some suggestions on how I should incorporate these two supplements into my program to get the most out of them. I have my diet in check now. I lift 4 days a week and do 20 min cardio every day.
I was thinking 3 Alpha Male a day 5days on 2 days off and Carbolin 19 as bottle directs 1 tab twice a day for three days and then go to 2 tabs twice a day.
This is my first go around with these supplements. Thanks in advance.
