You’re really too kind, Em. But you know how much I like my trousers, henleys, and boots.

Depends on the situation. If she is a CEO or investment banker on Vacation with her Surgeon husband who is walking out of the sliding glass doors dressed like this, as he sips his Scotch and smokes a Cuban, inviting him back into the room when he is done…
That’s pretty fucking high on my “high value” scale.
I’ve never been a big fan of gauging someone’s value off a photo.

That’s basically it at my house. “Okay fine, but I’m gonna complain the whole time.” You guys are a royal pain. ![]()

Looking for advice.
Besides the standard white tank-top, does anyone have any suggestions on what pair with some high-quality jeans shorts?
Thanks gents.
You could do this. Or I like a knit polo type shirt that doesn’t have the ribbed trim on the sleeves and collar, just hemmed sleeves if that makes sense.

This thread needs more Daniel Craig with a beard.
No, it doesn’t Puff.

Mother’s Day yesterday. My Mister gave me this bracelet. Leather cord with a Tahitian black pearl. I’m not a big jewelry person, but I LOVE it.
Now I need to know if it’s more ALPHA than that blinged out Rolex?

That picture is showing a dude with a quarter tuck. A fucking quarter tucked in shirt in the front, on purpose.
If you have a shirt that the back of it came untucked because maybe you were playing a game of flag football and a guy grabbed your shirt and it came untucked and you said ‘fuck it’ and left it like that, then that’s fine. If when you were getting dressed and you decided that you were going to just tuck in the front of your shirt behind the belt buckle, then that is not fine.

I made this Pinterest board with all these pictures as a way to try to save my sanity when shopping with my men. They both have about a 30 minute attention span for the mall, and that includes transit time.
I liked being able to ask them if they like something first in an attempt to narrow things down and save time.
My son went from here where shorts and flip flops are acceptable almost anywhere, and a white shirt and tie with chinos is plenty dressed up - To attending a college where he needed a sport coat or suit twice in the first week. Men wear belts embroidered with whales there - not ironically. Yeah. And my son didn’t own serious winter gear. There was a lot of shopping.
Besides, I like pictures of handsome men.

Sounds very Ivy League.
Yes. He’s worked really hard and I’m just really proud. Most importantly, he’s a good man. And a nice person. He’s interested in so many things. And he’s very, very funny. It’s always a fear when you have a bright and talented kid. “Please don’t let him grow up to be an arrogant ass.”
It’s a relief when you really like the adult they’ve become. I could do a super long Mother’s Day brag here about my kids, but I’ll spare you all. It was really nice to have him home yesterday with his little sisters. I’ve missed him so much.

You have to try them on first hand, and see which works best with your body chemistry.
Your body chemistry has a major effect on the fragrance. Something that your friend puts on may small bad on you and visa versa
100% agree

Yes, of course. That guy is a model who is just pretending to be rugged and sexy. One assumes that on genuinely sexy (high value) men the shirt is tucked or untucked according to effort expended, unless left untucked in the first place.
Congratulations, PP! And I adore the bracelet - IMO yes, it beats the Rolex pictured.

Well, it does scream a lot less loudly…
But enough of that nonsense and on to something more important.
What is your take on clips on EDC knives?

Cowboy boots are high heels for men.
I had a friend in high school once who was like 5’ 4 and he wore them. I can’t remove that stigma…they add like 3" to your height.

Depends on the heel and the boot.
I know quite a few cow punchers in the 6’4" to 6"6" height range that wear cowboy boots. What’s your point?
