It was a crazy morning. I heard a ring on my doorbell at 11:00, and when I got up to go answer it, I looked out and saw the Fed Ex guy running in the opposite direction of my house then out of nowhere, an angry blue faced monkey came crashing right through my front door. Man my parents are going to be pissed when they come home tonight.
Anyway, I’m sure most of you don’t care, but I’m excited about receiving my two bottles of Alpha Male and one bottle of Red Bands.
Believe it or not, there actually is a point to this post. I’m going to be keeping a log with pictures during my Red Bands and Alpha Male cycles on another website. If you guy’s are interesed I will keep the same log here as well.
I’m going to start off with a cutting cycle for six weeks with the Red Bands, in hopes of getting down to 11-12% bodyfat. If that is a success, I will then do my next bulk using the Alpha Male stacked with a little bit of Tribex for eight weeks.

A.M.-My Alpha Male and Red Bands should be on my doorstep tomarrow. I’m also excited about this and I am currently on a cutting cycle. I am using Hot-Rox right now and have been very impressed,keeping muscle while losing fat. However I don’t know my BF% and therefore figured I only needed to lose about 10 lbs. I think I was wrong about that and probably that number should be more like 20,so my 4 week cutting cycle is going to be streched(I’m in week 3).Anyways,I would be interested in seeing your log and pictures as you chart your progress.
