It’s more like tendon…tasty to chew on…makes you feel like a dog…which is usually pretty cool.
Days food cap:
Cal: 2113
Fat: 128
Carbs: 91
Protein: 162
I would’ve liked to get 200 grams of protein in, but I feel pretty good. I took in a lot more carbs than I’d planned, but it was comprised of oatmeal, blueberries, avocado and broccol and was all eaten before 1 in the afternoon.
I gotta go to my mom’s b-day party tomorrow, but I’m gonna keep the diet tight and report back to you guys.
Monday thru Friday of next week I’ll have more scheduled meals. Chicken and Salmon for protein mainly and the shakes.
I am amazed with your pics on here! Sen’s belly definitely does not LOOK that big in real life…I think pics add weight or something…the food looks great…all his meals are always presented so beautifully…I am a very lucky woman.
I know you will do great because you are so devoted to getting fit for Hawaii!
(I know, I know I bench more than I squat…I’m working on it…)
Pull-ups: 3*10
Breakfast for me was my spinach, oatmeal, blueberry protein shake…when I walked in the door from my workout She Say had made waffles with blueberries and chocolate chips…smelled really good, but I stayed strong…
I know it’s only a 4 point test and not valid and blah blah blah, I don’t really care too much about numbers and you don’t have to worry about me taking a pic of me with a shoe, but I do like having measurements to use as a barometer.
Here’s what my sister laid out for dinner last night for my mom’s b-day party…didn’t suck too bad…the chicken and beef were totally overcooked, but she gets an A for effort…
Where are you now in relation to the 53# waist? Not to be gay, but it’s not where we are, but where we’re going.[/quote]
Tru Dat. I’m still early in the program. I’ll only take measurements every 10 weeks, and that’s 6 weeks off. I feel better though, and my lifts are going up, and that’s what I care about right now. check out the “old lardass” thread.
Cooking is a man’s job, and its nice to see someone practice the craft. What’s your job when you’re not lifting.
As for the deadlift/bench thing, start doing good mornings - you’ll add 100 lbs in a month!

Sounds good. I’ll check out your thread.
My non-lifting job is working in DC for your Federal Gummint.
