It’s more like tendon…tasty to chew on…makes you feel like a dog…which is usually pretty cool.

Days food cap:

Cal: 2113
Fat: 128
Carbs: 91
Protein: 162

I would’ve liked to get 200 grams of protein in, but I feel pretty good. I took in a lot more carbs than I’d planned, but it was comprised of oatmeal, blueberries, avocado and broccol and was all eaten before 1 in the afternoon.

I gotta go to my mom’s b-day party tomorrow, but I’m gonna keep the diet tight and report back to you guys.

Monday thru Friday of next week I’ll have more scheduled meals. Chicken and Salmon for protein mainly and the shakes.

You did good.

Myself, donated blood, had some cheesecake to restore my plasma, some popcorn for the missing calories.

Wow
very good presentation on the food shots!

and the food/diet looks clean is that enough food? or K/cals

see how increasing your activity works
with the ammount you take in…
you might be able to eat more, when you stimulate the metabolism.

And I can feel your pain about living without a rack. It makes leg workouts tedious.

kmc

I am amazed with your pics on here! Sen’s belly definitely does not LOOK that big in real life…I think pics add weight or something…the food looks great…all his meals are always presented so beautifully…I am a very lucky woman.

I know you will do great because you are so devoted to getting fit for Hawaii!

Thanks Sweetie ! I just want to look as good as you on the beaches of Waikiki !

Today was 2,209 calories
Fat = 106
Carb = 89
Pro = 232

Got my 2 mile walk in right before the Skins game…GO SKINS !!

Okay…got my workout in at 7:00 a.m.

Deadlifts: 1355
175
5
2255
275
5*3

Bench: 1705
225
5
27053

Smith Machine Squats: 1605
210
5
26053

(I know, I know I bench more than I squat…I’m working on it…)

Pull-ups: 3*10

Breakfast for me was my spinach, oatmeal, blueberry protein shake…when I walked in the door from my workout She Say had made waffles with blueberries and chocolate chips…smelled really good, but I stayed strong…

Here’s yesterday’s lunch…salmon with avocado, olive oil, broccoli and a bunch of lettuce.

Today’s measurements from the girl in the gym:

Weight: 197
Abs: 37.5
Chest: 44.5
Bicep: 16.5

Skinfold:
bicep: 3
tricep: 8
subscapular (back): 17
Superilliac (gut): 10

Total: 38
% = 19

I know it’s only a 4 point test and not valid and blah blah blah, I don’t really care too much about numbers and you don’t have to worry about me taking a pic of me with a shoe, but I do like having measurements to use as a barometer.

Here’s what my sister laid out for dinner last night for my mom’s b-day party…didn’t suck too bad…the chicken and beef were totally overcooked, but she gets an A for effort…

Here’s my plate…spinach, garbanzo beans, some beets, chicken, beef…

On my drive home from the gym I also picked up a tire along the side of the road so I can destroy it with my sledgehammer on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Peas, yo, owt.

Old Lardass

Thanks. I’m big on The Presentation.

Where are you now in relation to the 53# waist? Not to be gay, but it’s not where we are, but where we’re going.[/quote]

Tru Dat. I’m still early in the program. I’ll only take measurements every 10 weeks, and that’s 6 weeks off. I feel better though, and my lifts are going up, and that’s what I care about right now. check out the “old lardass” thread.

Cooking is a man’s job, and its nice to see someone practice the craft. What’s your job when you’re not lifting.

As for the deadlift/bench thing, start doing good mornings - you’ll add 100 lbs in a month!

Looks like you have started with real resolve. Keep it up.

It will NEVER happen, my man.

yeah, I don’t think you can carry off wearing a blue bikini no matter what kind of shape you’re in.

Sounds good. I’ll check out your thread.

My non-lifting job is working in DC for your Federal Gummint.
