Doing very well for almost sixty! =D
Hell, you’ve got a physique that almost all thirty year-olds would be envious of. Well done!
hanging in there?
you’ve climbed it. Nice work!
I actually turned 60 yesterday! Now I have to change the title of this thread.
Congrats on the birthday and living healthy. Whats do you do in regards to diet and training? Care to give a brief history on your diet and training through the years? Are you on TRT?
Hi- my diet and training are nothing special. I try to eat a Mediterranean type diet with extra protein (fruit and protein shakes, protein bars for snacks). My training has varied quite a bit- I keep track of all my workouts, and when I see something is no longer working, I will change. This usually takes 6 months or more. I will try varying reps/sets, or do something totally different like Escalating Density Training. Unfortunately I don’t think I have progressed very much over the last few years, likely due to age. Now I am only trying to slow the deterioration!
holy crap dude! If I look half as good as you at 60 I’ll be thrilled. Well done, for sure

Well you were not fat. You looked good enoughwhere you did not have to dig yourself out of a hole.

it’s true that age is only a number. It is, however, getting to be a really big number!
