Anyone else hate this time of year. I get all the symptoms.
Only nice part is that for some odd reason I get high from Diphenhydramine. Can’t take anything else.
I just and listen to Pink Floyd all day and mellow out.

I’m “fortunate” in that I only suffer through some of April and into May.
NasalCrom is my relief.
I just sneeze a lot, which sounds like barking. Especially when I set my sneezes to full automatic, makes the dogs go mad in my neighberhood.

NasalCrom requires that you start it about 2 weeks before your symptoms start.
It’s a nasal spray, but not the kind that instantly clears your sinuses.
Rather, it prevents your nasal tissues from absorbing the offending allergens.

singular at night
xyzal in the AM
any of the various flonase-type nasal sprays.
Reverse the AM/PM dosage if you feel “off.”
You can add Diphenhydramine to either singular or xyzal. If you have problems being alert, use 1/2 dosage at night.
– Mrs. (Dr.) Jewbacca who also suggest you see your MD, but if they don’t do the above, they are stupid.
I can’t breathe out my nose until the dead of winter.
Anyone try the local honey recommendation for allergies?
I used to have bad allergies in the spring. Believe it or not, my allergies were completely CURED when I went to someone who practices what is called acupressure. I dont understand exactly how it works, but the lady had me hold up what I was allergic to to my chest and she would press on several points around my body. She did this with everything I am allergic to, took about an hour, and then I went back for another session later that day that lasted for another hour. Haven’t had allergies since.
