I would do 10g of each and have done that

Hey Allen,

I saw a post by you on FB about salt! Any idea how much sodium you get a day? The 2000 mg rda does seem pretty damn low. Other countries, and America decades back used to get in several times that amount I believe!

I looked at my daily intake and I seem to be only getting in 2500. Definitely should probably increase it ( asi I also have no colon lol)

At least 2-3 tsp of sea salt minimum if you are healthy and a hard training athlete. Also if you use condiments regularly that helps as well.

Waiting for Glutes and hams to come in and I’ll be ready to go. Always have to deal with these stubborn areas.

Morning session of Legs. Here is my 6th and last set of squats w/chains. Got 19 reps. Will go back in about 7 hours for my next session.

What do you think of stevia as a sweetner Allen (or others for that matter). I do note lots of Splenda or even food colorings will tend to slow down and disrupt my digestion, but I have never tried stevia.

Its all dependent on the individual. Each person tolerates different foods and sweeteners differently. You just have to try them and find out if it truly effects you negatively. None of them slows down digestion, they may cause bloating of slight GI distress but they have no effect on the rate of absorption of food.

I am 7 weeks out and I have lost 8 pounds in the last 2 weeks and the only change was the extra training and 2 days of cardio. I am making a hard push the next 2 weeks to be ready early so 3 days per week I will drop my carbs from 200g to 160g. Had a cheat meal Saturday and woke up the next morning 2 lbs lighter. Here are a couple pics.

SIDE CHEST

Looking shredded. I’m curious, what was your cheat meal?

Bison burger with swiss, bacon, mushrooms, sour cream & fries from Ted’s Montana grill

Glutes are coming in now Allen, nice work! That meal sounds delicious haha

6 weeks out and weight is 199 lbs. I will add some cardio in for the next few weeks for one last hard push to have some room the last week to make LHW. Current macros are 315p/170c/35f with one reefed day on Saturdays where I take in 500g carbs. Here is a pic from today.

Glutes coming along, you look great.

Back looks really great.

Here is 4 weeks out. I am starting to increase my carbs this week as I am pretty much ready and want to fill out a bit. I’ll make adjustments depending on progress. Heading up to Columbus tomorrow to get a few workouts in with John Meadows and get his thoughts on my current condition. It’s always good to hear a 2nd opinion from another coach.
